Submission Process
Who Can Submit: Submissions should originate from the one who will be presenting the workshop unless a sponsoring organization is completing the form. Please do not “nominate” others to present a workshop unless you are the sponsor.
How: Each workshop submission must connect with one of the target categories from the list below. All fields on the Submission Form must be completed. You may submit more than one workshop proposal.
Deadline: November 30, 2011 (no submissions will be accepted after this date).
Selection Process: A national committee will review all submissions in December 2011 and those selected will be notified by e-mail in January 2012. Those not selected will be notified by e-mail in February 2012.
Stipends: Presenters will receive one complimentary NCCYM registration (valued at $250) and a stipend of $250 per workshop unless a sponsorship is available. Workshop presenters are required to provide for their own travel, accommodations and meals at NCCYM (unless sponsored by another organization or publisher).
