Conference Hotel

The 2012 NCCYM will take place at the lovely Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort. Special arrangements have been made to extend the conference hotel rates for those who wish to add days to their stay and enjoy the warm Florida sun and the excitement of Walt Disney World and the entire Orlando area.

Hotel Costs

All rooms located at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort. Prices below include the daily resort fee but not taxes currently 12.5%

• $145 Single/Double
• $155 Triple/Quad (no extra charge for children under 18 years of age)

Special arrangements have been made to extend the conference hotel rates from November 24 to December 5 for those who wish to add days to their stay.

Hotel reservations will open spring 2012.

Roommates

If you are interested in sharing a hotel room at NCCYM please contact your diocesan director or regional representative who will assist you in finding others who are also interested in sharing a room. NFCYM does not guarantee attendees will find a roommate or that roommate matches will be compatible.
