Chris Weber is the director of youth and young adult ministry for the Muscatine Catholic Community, Muscatine, Iowa. A youth ministry leader since 1997, his primary ministry focus is in the parish. Dr. Carole Eipers is vice president and executive director of catechetics for William H. Sadlier, Inc. She served in parish ministries for more than twenty years as a teacher, director of religious education, youth minister, and pastoral associate. Carole was director of the Office for Catechesis for the Archdiocese of Chicago for nine years and also served as president of the National Conference of Catechetical Leadership. She has been a member of the adjunct faculties of Mundelein Seminary, Loyola University Chicago, Loyola University New Orleans, and Catholic Theological Union, Chicago. She has written and presented for national and international groups in the area of catechetics. Carole holds a master's of pastoral studies from Loyola University, Chicago, and a doctor of ministry degree from the Graduate Theological Foundation in Indiana. |

Her previous experience includes five years as the director of youth and young adult ministry for the Diocese of Brooklyn, nine years in parish youth ministry, and ten years as an elementary and middle school teacher. Marilyn also serves as the president of La Red-the National Catholic Network de Pastoral Juvenil Hispana and on the board of VIDES-USA, a missionary institute that provides service opportunities to lay young adults. She is currently matriculated at Fordham University's Graduate School of Religion doctoral program.
