Substitutions can be made only during on-site registration at the Cleveland Convention Center for a $10 fee. To make a substitution, present the registration confirmation information at the conference registration desk. A new name badge will be issued. No substitutions will be handled prior to the conference.
Cancellation notification must be received in writing prior to Friday, November 7, 2008, to qualify for a refund. No refunds will be granted after November 7, 2008. The conference is being held at the Cleveland Convention Center (located at 500 Lakeside Avenue in downtown Cleveland). There are four different hotels to choose from with NCCYM group rates ranging from $92-$119 plus tax (currently 15.25%) per night. Rates are good for single, double, triple, or quad occupancy. To reserve a room, be sure to ask for the National Federation for Catholic Youth Ministry group rate. Rooms must be reserved by November 12, 2008 to guarantee discounted rates.
